Halal, Certified, No Shortcuts

Our Halal Lamb, Chicken and Beef dumplings are sourced and handled halal from the start, then certified by the American Halal Foundation, an independent certifier. They're made in the same USDA-inspected kitchen as everything else we ship. Only these three bags carry the halal mark: if the bag doesn't say it, it isn't.

What halal means in our kitchen

Halal is not a sticker we add at the end. The lamb, chicken and beef for this line are sourced halal and handled separately, and the line is certified by the American Halal Foundation (opens in new tab), an independent certifier. The certification mark is printed on every halal bag; certificates are available to retail partners on request.

The rest is the same as everything we make: thin dough, honest filling, folded and frozen the same day, under federal inspection (USDA Est. No. 18364).

Only the three products below carry the halal mark. If the bag does not say halal, it is not.
