How we cook them at home

  1. Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the frozen dumplings straight from the bag and give them one good stir so nothing sticks.
  3. When the water comes back to a boil, cook five to eight minutes, until they float and the dough turns tender.
  4. Drain, add butter or a spoonful of sour cream, and call everyone to the table.
