Syrniki
Farmer's Cheese Pancakes
Golden pancakes made from fresh farmer's cheese. Pan-fry until browned, add jam or honey, accept the compliments.
Syrniki are what happens when farmer's cheese decides to be a pancake, tender in the middle with a thin golden crust once they hit the butter. They are the weekend ritual in homes where breakfast gets taken seriously, and the first thing overnight guests ask about in the morning. Stack them warm with cold sour cream, or go full holiday with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk.
Sold in the freezer aisle at grocery stores, not online. Questions? Call (917) 655-7151 or email gffcorp@gmail.com.
